Raj Lal is the Founder and CEO of TEAMCAL AI, an AI-powered enterprise scheduling platform based in Palo Alto, California. Founded in 2020, TEAMCAL AI is on a mission to help 10,000 teams eliminate meeting coordination overhead and reclaim their most valuable resource, time.
Before founding TEAMCAL AI, Raj led UX and design at SpaceIQ (acquired by WeWork), MobileIron, and Nokia, where he shaped the design of enterprise software, mobile platforms, and emerging consumer products. He is a Nielsen Norman Group Certified UX Professional and a graduate of Stanford Graduate School of Business (Stanford Ignite), with a Master's in Computer Science from Lamar University.
Raj is also the Head Organizer of Igniter Silicon Valley, a 6,000-member community of Stanford-affiliated founders, and the published author of four books on smartphone and digital design. He holds multiple patents in user interface design and is a frequent speaker on AI, productivity, and the future of work.
